 Kim Cattrall, an English-Canadian actress has a net worth of more than $40 million. Though she is most famous for her role on HBO's "Sex and the City" however, she has also had a numerous and diverse careers in both film and television particularly during the 80s. Her most notable film roles include "Police Academy" in 1986, "Police Academy," Big Trouble in Little China, "Sex and the City", "Mannequin" in 1987 "Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country" in 1991. Kim Victoria Cattrall was born in Liverpool's Mossley Hill on August 21, 1956. She is the daughter of secretary Gladys Shane and construction engineer Dennis Cattrall. When she was only three months old, the family moved to Canada and moved to British Columbia. Then she returned to Liverpool at 11 years old when her mother became sick. After she completed acting classes at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and then moving back to Canada within a year. Cattrall was just 16 when she graduated from Georges P. Vanier Secondary school in the year 1972. She then moved to New York City to begin her acting career.
